Lucknow, 3 January 2025. Ashish Patel, a minister in the Yogi government, injured by the allegations of SP MLA and sister-in-law Pallavi Patel, has adopted a new tactic to defend himself. He called a special meeting of party officials in Lucknow on January 2. In this meeting, he accused the officers of the STF and Public Relations Department of conspiring.
Cabinet Minister in the Yogi government and Apna Dal (S) leader Ashish Patel has been accused of serious corruption regarding promotion in the Technical Education Department. This allegation has been made by SP MLA Pallavi Patel.
Ashish Patel launched a scathing attack on the STF. He said, if you have the courage, then shoot me in the chest. I am not going to be afraid of anyone.
Ashish Patel told reporters, I am not going to be afraid of such conspiracies. If I have done something wrong, then a CBI inquiry should be conducted. My and my wife’s property should also be investigated. But if someone makes baseless allegations against me, I will answer the brick with a stone.
Targeting the SP, he said, a conspiracy is being hatched by sponsoring Dharna Master. If the call record of his mobile is seen, the truth will come out. He also questioned the removal of his carbine security and said that his life is in danger.
Apna Dal (S) President and Union Minister Anupriya Patel also said on this issue that a conspiracy is being hatched against us. Our fight for the rights of backward and Dalits will continue. The truth of the scam in 69000 teacher recruitment should come out in front of everyone. We are working unitedly under the leadership of PM Modi and will not bow down to anyone’s pressure.
It will be interesting to see what will be the next step of the Yogi government and Apna Dal (S) amid these allegations and rhetoric.
