SNSS elects news office bearers, executive committee

Raipur: The biannual meeting of Sree Narayana Sandesh Samajam (SNSS) was held on Sunday, Sree Narayana Temple, Shankar Nagar, with the participation of all members of the Samaj.

The meeting commenced with prayer followed by condolence message for the departed members during last two-years. The outgoing the committee presented the working reporting, audited accounts for the last two-years tenure which was passed by voice vote. Deliberations were held for formation of Women Wing of the organization for which a five member committee was formed for framing the bye-laws and finalizing the work-distribution. The deliberations were also done on linking the youth to Samajam through generating membership drive. The membership register will also be updated on basis of it.

The final agenda was to elect the new office bearers and executive committee for the forthcoming term and to discuss important organisational matters concerning the activities of the Samajam. K.V. Sreekumar was nominated as election officer. 

Following the election process, the newly elected office bearers are Chairman – V. G. Sasikumar; Vice Chairman – T. G. Madhusudanan; General Secretary – A. P. Udayan; Secretary (School) – Girish Gopinathan; Secretary (Organisation) – T. C. Shaji; Treasurer – Sudarshanan; Joint Treasurer – Sibish Subhash; and Accounts Officer – Ajay Kumar.

The Executive Committee comprises Amal Das, Shajikumar, Gopikrishnan, Ms. Kirti Subhash, Vasant B., D. Dilish, S. Vinod Kumar, C G Anil Kumar, K. V. Sreekumar, and  V. G. Thankappan to represent different wards..

The Audit Committee was also constituted with T. A. Rajakrishnan as the Audit Convenor and Dr. K. N. Kishore and K. Raghuvaran** as Audit Members. Mr. Liju Gopal was nominated to the Mandiram Committee.

The elections were conducted smoothly in the presence of all members, ensuring a transparent and democratic process. The meeting concluded with a vote of thanks to the outgoing office bearers and committee members for their dedicated service. The newly elected team expressed its gratitude to the members for their confidence and assured that it would work with commitment, transparency, and dedication for the continued growth and development of Sree Narayana Sandesh Samajam.
